It wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be! I was going to sponge colors on a makeup sponge and dab them in the nail, but decided against it. Instead I ended up reverse stamping the image from UberChic plate 5-03. It took forever, and didn't turn out as I had imagined. The grey outlines blurred into the base colors too much, but anyway.
I used waayyyy too many colors to list, stamped with MDU light grey, top coat is HK Girl.
